  2. Then, proceed to remove the hubcap (the shiny cover on the center of your wheel).
  3. Locate the lug nuts and loosen them but please make sure not to break them in the process.
  4. Position the jack in its appropriate position beneath the vehicle (consult your car’s guide if necessary) and hoist your car.
  5. Remove the lug nuts completely.
  6. Take off the damaged tire, slap on the spare, and securely tighten the lug nuts back to their place.
  7. Slowly lower your car and put the jack away.
